  • 1 block firm tofu (cubed & pan-fried)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (or vegan alternative)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 red chili (sliced, optional)
  • Fresh cilantro & lime for garnish

Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat oil in a wok. Fry ginger & garlic until fragrant.
2️⃣ Add mushrooms, tofu, and veggies. Stir-fry 3 mins.
3️⃣ Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and pepper. Toss well.
4️⃣ Garnish with chili, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. Serve hot with rice!
