Ingredients  1 cup banana blossom , finely chopped  1/2 cup mushrooms, finely chopped (shiitake, enoki, or button mushrooms work well)  1/4 cup shallots, finely chopped  1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped  1/4 cup mint , finely chopped  2 tablespoons lime juice  1 tablespoon tamarind paste  1 tablespoon soy sauce  1 teaspoon mushroom powder  1/2 teaspoon salt  1/4 teaspoon black pepper Instructions 1. In a large bowl, combine the banana blossom, mushrooms, shallots, cilantro, mint, lime juice, tamarind paste, soy sauce, mushroom powder, salt, and pepper. 2.
